How do I ask about a fabric?
Find the fabric in the design map and note its number. Add it to your quote list to build a request, or send the number through the contact form.
What do the SL and WJ numbers mean?
They are the article numbers of our fabrics. Quoting the number lets us find the same fabric straight away.
What is the minimum for promotional goods?
The standard minimum is 30 pieces, or 15–500 depending on the item. Production takes 5–7 business days, and embroidery or special printing adds 2–3 days.
How long does private-label production take?
Production starts at 100 pieces per style, with 300 recommended. Samples take 2–3 weeks and production 3–4 weeks, 6–8 weeks in all.
What logo file format do you need?
AI or vector PDF is best. PNG at 300 dpi or above also works.
How do I pay in the shop?
The AEBL shop (aebl.co.kr) takes PayPal payments in US dollars. Brand production is paid in three parts: the sample fee, a 50% deposit and the remaining 50%.
